Master of Arts (MA)
The Master in Political, Economic and Legal Philosophy focuses on integrating philosophical ideas into contemporary political and economic discourse. Students engage with critical theories and methodologies to analyze and address pressing global issues. The program emphasizes developing strong analytical and conceptual skills for future leadership in various sectors.
Students will explore core topics such as political ethics, the philosophy of law, and economic theories. There is an emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches that combine insights from philosophy, political science, and economics.
The program is organized into four semesters, including coursework, research seminars, and a final thesis. Students have the opportunity to engage in internships and participate in international exchange programs.
Graduates will acquire knowledge in political theory, economic principles, and legal reasoning. They will develop competencies in critical thinking, analytical writing, and effective communication.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
