Master of Science (MSc)
This master's programme is the first of its kind in Austria, blending online learning with in-person teaching. It focuses on early childhood development, providing a strong theoretical background while emphasizing practical applications in educational settings. Graduates are prepared for diverse career paths in early childhood education, family support, and academic roles.
The curriculum covers key topics such as developmental psychology, educational theories, and the impact of technology on early learning. Students will engage deeply with both academic research and practical applications.
The program is structured over four semesters, combining online and face-to-face learning. Students will undertake a thesis project and may have opportunities for internships in educational settings.
Graduates will develop skills in educational planning, support for child development, and management of early education programs. They will be equipped to work in various roles within early childhood settings.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
