Master of Arts (MA)
The Global Studies programme focuses on the interdisciplinary aspects of economics and environmental issues. Students engage critically with sustainability and ethical business practices while gaining insights into globalization. The curriculum emphasizes integrated thinking and practical applications, preparing graduates for diverse career paths in social responsibility and global challenges.
Students will explore themes of globalization, economic policies, and the role of sustainability in business. The programme is designed to provide a comprehensive view of interconnected global challenges.
The Master’s programme consists of four semesters with a mix of core modules, electives, and a practical module. Students can also pursue a Master's Plus option for additional specializations within two semesters.
Graduates will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills relevant to global social and ecological challenges. They will be equipped to contribute to sustainable solutions in various industries.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
