Der Bachelorstudiengang Unterrichtsfach Mathematik bereitet auf das Unterrichten von Mathematik an Schulen vor. Studierende erwerben sowohl mathematische als auch fachdidaktische Kenntnisse, um die Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
Im Unterrichtsfach Mathematik an der Universität Graz studierst du die wesentlichen Teilgebiete der Mathematik, einschließlich Analysis, linearer Algebra und Stochastik. Zudem werden Aspekte der Fachdidaktik behandelt und du erhältst Einblicke in die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Mathematik sowie in Computermathematik.
Das Studium ist als Kooperationsstudium organisiert und umfasst sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Phasen. Bereits im 2. Semester hast du den ersten Kontakt zu Schulen, und du wählst mindestens zwei Unterrichtsfächer oder eine Spezialisierung.
Graduierte erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse in der Mathematik sowie Fähigkeiten in der Fachdidaktik, die für die Unterrichtsgestaltung notwendig sind. Sie sind in der Lage, mathematische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln und verschiedene Lehrmethoden anzuwenden.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
