Der Bachelorstudiengang Unterrichtsfach Ernährung, Gesundheit und Konsum qualifiziert für den Unterricht in diesen Bereichen an Schulen. Studierende lernen, wie sie relevante Informationen zu Gesundheitsthemen effektiv an Schülerinnen und Schüler vermitteln können.
Im Studium werden die Aspekte Ernährung, Konsum und Gesundheitsförderung aus verschiedenen Perspektiven beleuchtet. Dabei setzt man sich mit ethischen und politischen Grundfragen von Ernährungsweisen ebenso auseinander wie mit Themen aus der Biologie, Molekularbiologie, Lebensmittelchemie und -technologie.
Der Studiengang ist als Kooperationsstudium organisiert und umfasst zentrale Elemente der Fachwissenschaften sowie die Vermittlung von Fachdidaktik. Studenten haben bereits im 2. Semester erstmaligen Kontakt zu Schulen.
Absolventen erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Ernährung und Gesundheit. Sie entwickeln die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu analysieren und praktische Anwendungen im Unterricht zu gestalten.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
