Der Bachelorstudiengang Mehrsprachigkeit, Translation und digitale Kommunikation thematisiert sprachliche Diversität und die Bedeutung von Medien in der Kommunikation. Studierende lernen Übersetzungs- und Kommunikationsstrategien und erhalten Einblick in die digitalen Kommunikationsprozesse.
Students acquire competencies in chosen working languages and cultures, focusing on multilingual communication and dealing with various language modalities and media formats. They develop foundational knowledge about translational actions and relevant communication technologies.
The program is organized in a modular format covering six semesters, culminating in a Bachelor's thesis where students integrate their learning and practical experiences. Students also undertake internships to gain hands-on experience.
Graduates are equipped to analyze and discuss transnational and translational aspects of multilingual human and digital communication, and to elaborate and produce context-appropriate texts for diverse target groups in their working languages.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
