Das Bachelorstudium Anglistik/Amerikanistik bietet eine breite Ausbildung in Linguistik sowie in englischer und nordamerikanischer Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaft. Es befähigt die Studierenden, ihre Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Medien wissenschaftlich zu nutzen und einen kritischen Umgang mit thematischen Inhalten zu pflegen. Absolventen sind auf Berufe im Kommunikationsmanagement und Medienbereich gut vorbereitet.
Das Bachelorstudium Anglistik/Amerikanistik umfasst eine Vielfalt an Themen in Linguistik sowie in englischer und nordamerikanischer Literatur und Kulturwissenschaft. Es vermittelt Kenntnisse über die grundlegenden Aspekte der Literaturtheorie und Methodik der Kulturwissenschaft und Linguistik.
Das Programm ist auf 6 Semester angelegt und bietet eine Mischung aus theoretischen und praktischen Kursen. Es ermöglicht den Studierenden, ihre Ausbildung durch eine breite Auswahl an Ergänzungsfächern und Zertifikaten zu individualisieren.
Absolventinnen und Absolventen erwerben Kompetenzen in sprach-, text-, kommunikations- und kulturorientierten Aufgaben. Sie sind in der Lage, literarische Werke zu analysieren und kritisch zu interpretieren und können wissenschaftliche Methoden in der Praxis anwenden.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
