The Master's degree programme in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at TU Graz prepares students to develop technologies shaping modern life, from e-cars to smart energy systems. The curriculum includes in-depth specializations in areas such as Automation Systems, Electronic Systems, Power Engineering, and AI. Students will study various application areas for electrical and electronics engineering systems, including components of power plants, electromobility, and communication networks. The programme fosters a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical engineering.
The programme lasts for four semesters and consists of compulsory modules, elective modules, and a master's thesis. Students will engage in project-based learning and laboratory work to gain hands-on experience.
Graduates acquire advanced competencies in electrical engineering, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage in technical discussions in English. They are also trained to lead project groups and work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
