Das Bachelorstudium Historische Streichinstrumente an der Kunstuniversität Graz vermittelt umfassende Kenntnisse in der Interpretation und Ausführung historischer Musik mit Streichinstrumenten. Studieninhalt ist sowohl die Ausbildung der instrumentalen Fähigkeiten als auch die theoretische Auseinandersetzung mit der Geschichte der Musik und deren Aufführungspraxis. Absolventen erwerben nicht nur fachliche Kompetenzen, sondern werden auch auf eine Karriere als Musiker in Orchestern und Ensembles vorbereitet.
Studierende vertiefen ihr Wissen in der alten Musik und erlernen die technischen Fähigkeiten zur Ausführung auf historischen Streichinstrumenten. Der Fokus liegt auf der Ausführungstechnik, Musizierpraxis und dem Repertoire der Alten Musik.
Das Studium erstreckt sich über 8 Semester und umfasst praktische Unterrichtseinheiten, musikhistorische Kurse sowie ein Bachelorprojekt. Die Studierenden haben die Möglichkeit, in Ensembles und großen Orchestern mitzuwirken.
Die Absolventen erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse in der historischen Musikpraxis sowie praktische Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit historischen Streichinstrumenten. Sie sind bestens vorbereitet auf eine Karriere als freischaffende Musiker oder in der Lehre.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
