Das interdisziplinäre Ingenieurstudium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bereitet die Studierenden auf die Verbindung von technischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten in Unternehmen vor. Die Ausbildung umfasst sowohl wirtschaftliche als auch technische Inhalte, um die Transformation in Richtung Digitalisierung und Kreislaufwirtschaft zu fördern. Im Studiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen werden Themen aus den Bereichen Technik und Wirtschaft behandelt. Studierende lernen, komplexe Problemstellungen zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln, die beiden Disziplinen gerecht werden.
Das Studium ist in Module unterteilt, die über sechs Semester verteilt sind. Am Ende des Studiums steht die Bachelorarbeit, die oft in Form eines praktischen Projekts durchgeführt wird. Praktika in der Industrie sind ebenfalls Teil des Programms.
Die Graduates entwickeln Kompetenzen in Mathematik, Informatik und Betriebswirtschaft. Sie sind befähigt, technische und betriebliche Fragestellungen miteinander zu verknüpfen und Lösungen zu erarbeiten, die den Anforderungen der Industrie entsprechen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
