Bachelor of Science in Engineering
The Sustainable Building & Property Management program equips students with the knowledge needed to manage real estate and infrastructure with an emphasis on sustainability. Students will learn about technical and architectural issues, business management, and legal frameworks. A unique hybrid teaching approach allows for flexibility, accommodating working students while ensuring a comprehensive education.
The curriculum focuses on sustainable practices in real estate development, covering project management, economic aspects, and environmental concerns. Students will engage in hands-on projects and discussions.
The degree is organized over six semesters, with a mix of lectures, practical projects, and a final thesis. Students will also participate in internships and block weeks to further their practical understanding.
Graduates will possess a robust understanding of real estate development, sustainable practices, project management fundamentals, and legal know-how. They will be equipped to navigate challenges in sustainable infrastructure.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
