Bachelor of Arts (BA)
The Bachelor of Arts in Business focusing on Real Estate Management provides students comprehensive training necessary to become real estate generalists. The program combines business, technology, and legal aspects of real estate, culminating in practical internships that provide hands-on experience. Graduates are well-prepared for various roles in the real estate industry, including property management and valuation.
The curriculum includes business administration, economics, civil law, and specialized real estate courses. Students will also engage in practical tasks that mirror real-world challenges, ensuring their readiness for employment.
The program is modular, consisting of 6 semesters with the possibility of internships starting in the fourth semester. Students also complete a thesis project that encapsulates their learning experiences.
Graduates will possess competencies in real estate finance, legal frameworks, project management, and strategic marketing, equipping them for diverse roles in the real estate sector.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
