The Master's Program in Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control focuses on the intersection of qualitative and quantitative aspects of management. Students will study strategic management, innovation management, and financial management, equipping them with both theoretical insights and practical applications in real-world contexts.
The program is structured over four semesters, where students engage in a combination of coursework, a business project, and an optional exchange semester. The curriculum includes modules on strategic management, innovation, and the development of a master's thesis.
Graduates will gain competencies in strategic planning, management control, and innovation processes, along with analytical skills to assess business performance. They will develop essential soft skills, such as leadership and teamwork, which are crucial for business success.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
