Das Masterstudium Sozioökonomie bietet ein interdisziplinäres Studium, das soziale und ökonomische Fragestellungen verbindet. Studierende erlernen, komplexe gesellschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu begreifen und Lösungen für aktuelle Herausforderungen zu entwickeln. Besonderer Wert wird auf forschendes Lernen und praktische Anwendungen in Research Labs gelegt.
Studierende beschäftigen sich mit Themen wie soziale Ungleichheit, politische Teilhabe und ökologische Probleme. Das Studium vermittelt Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen.
Das Studium ist in vier Semester gegliedert, in denen verschiedene Module und Forschungspraktika stattfinden. Der Studienverlauf umfasst sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Komponenten, die in einem Abschlussprojekt münden.
Graduierte sind in der Lage, komplexe gesellschaftliche Probleme kritisch zu analysieren und interdisziplinäre Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln. Sie erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse in sozial-ökonomischen Theorien und Methoden.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
