Das Masterstudium Wirtschaftsrecht bietet eine juristische Top-Ausbildung durch führende Professor*innen und Praktiker*innen, kombiniert mit der notwendigen Wirtschaftskenntnis. Die Studierenden erhalten die Freiheit, ihre Kurse über die Semester hinweg zu wählen und haben die Möglichkeit, sich auf wirtschaftlich relevante Rechtsthemen zu konzentrieren, die einen starken Praxisbezug haben. Absolventen stehen viele Karrierewege offen, einschließlich Positionen in internationalen Kanzleien, Unternehmensberatung und in Rechtsabteilungen großer Konzerne.
Studierende beschäftigen sich intensiv mit rechtlichen Aspekten von Wirtschaftsprozessen und erlernen die notwendigen Kenntnisse zur Anwendung des Rechts in wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
Das Studium besteht aus vier Semestern, die eine Kombination von Pflicht- und Wahlfächern sowie eine Masterthesis umfassen. Es gibt auch Möglichkeiten für Praktika und Auslandssemester.
Graduierte erwerben fundierte juristische Kenntnisse sowie ein tiefes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge, wodurch sie in der Lage sind, rechtliche Probleme im wirtschaftlichen Kontext effektiv zu lösen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
