Dieses Masterstudium vertieft die Inhalte des Bachelorstudiums Recht und Wirtschaft mit einem Schwerpunkt im wirtschaftlichen Bereich. Die zunehmende Komplexität rechtlicher wie wirtschaftlicher Fragen fordert Kenntnisse aus beiden Disziplinen. Zur Auswahl stehen die Spezialisierungen Rechnungslegung und Besteuerung, Finanzmanagement, Finanzmarktrecht und Finanzdienstleistungen sowie Human Resource Management.
The program focuses on economic law and encompasses topics related to financial management and market regulations. Students explore intersections between law and business, preparing them for complex challenges in the field.
The study program spans four semesters and consists of both coursework and a master's thesis. Internships may also be integrated to provide practical experiences.
Graduates gain competencies in legal and economic analysis, management skills, and problem-solving capabilities, preparing them for various roles in business and law.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
