Im Lehramtsstudium Geographie und Wirtschaft erwirbst du Kompetenzen aus dem Bereich der naturwissenschaftlichen und sozialwissenschaftlichen Geographie. Die Ausbildung fokussiert sich auf die Verknüpfung von Alltagsproblemen und fachlichen Konzepten. Du lernst, wie du die Inhalte für SchülerInnen der Sekundarstufe aufbereitest, um deren Interesse für Geographie und Wirtschaft zu wecken.
Das Studium beinhaltet Inhalte der natur- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Geographie sowie wirtschaftliche Aspekte. Das Ziel ist, Studierende auf die Vermittlung dieser Inhalte an SekundarstufenschülerInnen vorzubereiten.
Das Studium ist in verschiedene Phasen unterteilt, einschließlich praktischer Exkursionen und individueller Schwerpunkte. Es umfasst durchgängige Lehrveranstaltungen über acht Semester.
Absolventen erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse in Geographie, Wirtschaft sowie Didaktik und sind gut vorbereitet für eine Lehrtätigkeit in Schulen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
