This Master's programme focuses on adult education and vocational training, aiming to provide competencies to foster lifelong learning. It prepares students to design and evaluate educational programs in various settings, including community and corporate environments.
The program focuses on adult education and vocational training, covering essential topics like educational science, learning theories, and practical applications in various educational contexts. Students will engage with scientific and practice-oriented competencies needed to design and analyze learning processes throughout adulthood.
The Master's program is organized over four semesters and includes a mix of theoretical and practical modules, culminating in a master's thesis. It incorporates practical experiences with a mandatory 150-hour internship in adult or vocational education settings, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Graduates will acquire the skills to recognize, design, and evaluate lifelong learning processes. They will be trained to plan and implement educational measures, enhance quality in adult education, and develop adult-friendly learning environments within diverse organizational contexts.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
