Master of Science (MSc)
Students of the Master's programme in Strategic Management and Innovation are prepared for leadership roles and consulting activities in the strategic management and innovation management of companies as well as for founding and building their own start-ups. The programme focuses on in-depth knowledge on the development and implementation of strategies and business models in the context of digital transformation. It trains entrepreneurial thinking and provides practical insights into leading innovation ecosystems.
Students focus on strategic, organizational, and marketing-related knowledge, complemented by quantitative and qualitative methodological knowledge in economics, which is crucial for strategic management and innovation.
The programme is structured over four semesters, with a mix of compulsory and elective modules culminating in a master's thesis, allowing for a comprehensive exploration of strategic management contexts.
Graduates develop competencies in strategic thinking, innovation management, and entrepreneurial frameworks, preparing them for various managerial and consultancy roles.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
