Das Bachelorstudium Internationale Wirtschaftswissenschaften bietet eine umfassende Ausbildung in Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre mit einem besonderen Fokus auf interkulturelle Aspekte. Studierende profitieren von einem verpflichtenden Auslandssemester und lernen, volkswirtschaftliche Konzepte sowie Managementfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Kontext zu verstehen. Praktika im Rahmen des Studiums erlauben die Anwendung theoretischer Kenntnisse in der Praxis.
Studierende erlernen essentielle Theorien, Methoden und Instrumente der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Der Fokus liegt auf interkulturellen und internationalen Aspekten der Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre. Ein weiteres Augenmerk liegt auf Sprachkompetenzen in Wirtschaftsfremdsprachen.
Das Studium wird in einem modularen System über 6 Semester organisiert, welches ein Auslandssemester und Praktika beinhaltet. Am Ende des Studiums wird eine Bachelorarbeit verfasst. Wahlmodule stärken die individuelle Gestaltung des Studiums.
Absolvent:innen entwickeln fundierte Kompetenzen in wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Analyse und Problemlösung. Sie sind in der Lage, international in Unternehmen sowie Organisationen zu agieren und komplexe Probleme zu lösen. Zudem verfügen sie über interkulturelle und sprachliche Fähigkeiten.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
