Dieser Masterstudiengang bietet eine vertiefende Ausbildung in Geodäsie und Geoinformation. Die Studierenden lernen, kritische Informationen über den urbanen und natürlichen Raum zu erfassen und zu verarbeiten. Das Programm bereitet auf leitende Positionen in öffentlichen und privaten Sektoren vor. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit zur Anfertigung einer wissenschaftlichen Arbeit im Rahmen eines Doktoratsstudiums.
Studieninhalte umfassen die Erfassung, Verarbeitung und Präsentation von räumlichen Daten. Die Studierenden lernen verschiedene Methoden der Geodäsie und Geoinformatik.
Das Programm ist in vier Semester strukturiert, mit einem Fokus auf praktische Erfahrungen und Projektarbeiten. In den letzten Semestern liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Masterarbeit und einer kommissionellen Gesamtprüfung.
Absolvent_innen erhalten umfassende Kenntnisse über technologisch fortgeschrittene Methoden der Geodäsie und deren Anwendungen. Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Zusammenhänge im Raum zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
