The Master in Embedded Computing Systems focuses on the design and creation of interconnected systems that are utilized across various sectors including health, automotive, and industrial automation. Students explore the mathematical foundations, hardware, software, and their interactions within the physical world.
The program is structured over 4 semesters, encompassing both theoretical coursework and practical experiences. Students focus on advanced circuit design and develop skills in both independent and collaborative projects leading to a final thesis.
Graduates gain competencies in engineering skills required to design complex embedded systems, along with knowledge in circuit design of both digital and analog components. They are equipped for real-world applications in technology-driven environments.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
