Das Internationale Masterstudium Cartography kombiniert Lehrinhalte aus drei renommierten technischen Universitäten. Studierende erwerben grundlegende und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Kartographie, die sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch vermittelt werden. Die Ausbildung umfasst innovative Themen und Techniken, die auf internationale Karrieremöglichkeiten ausgerichtet sind.
Im Rahmen des Studiums erlernen die Studierenden, wie man raumbezogene Inhalte identifiziert, analysiert und präsentiert. Der Fokus liegt auf verschiedenen Methoden der Kartenerstellung und Datenvisualisierung.
Das Studium besteht aus vier Semestern, wobei jeder Studierende an den Partneruniversitäten ein Semester verbringen muss. Das vierte Semester kann an einer beliebigen der drei Universitäten gestaltet werden, um die Masterarbeit zu schreiben.
Absolvent_innen entwickeln die Fähigkeiten, komplexe kartografische Daten zu erzeugen und zu analysieren. Sie werden auf die Anforderungen eines internationalen Arbeitsmarktes vorbereitet.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
