Das Bachelorstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik kombiniert Informatik und Wirtschaft. Es vermittelt Kenntnisse über die Anwendung von Informationstechnologie in Unternehmen und die Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen. In den ersten Semestern erlernen Studierende mathematische Grundlagen und Programmierung, während sie in späteren Semestern ihr Wissen in spezifischen Bereichen vertiefen. Absolventen können in vielen Bereichen der IT-Branche Karriere machen, inklusive als IT-Consultants und Projektmanager.
Die Studierenden erwerben Kenntnisse in Informatik und Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Thematische Schwerpunkte sind unter anderem Datenbanksysteme, Algorithmen und Software Engineering.
Das Studium ist in sechs Semester gegliedert, in denen grundlegende und vertiefende Inhalte gelehrt werden, gefolgt von Praktika und einem Bachelorarbeiten-Abschluss.
Absolventen erwerben Fähigkeiten in der Programmierung, Datenanalyse und im Projektmanagement, die sie auf eine Karriere in der IT-Branche vorbereiten.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
