The Artificial Intelligence Engineering extension programme equips students with essential skills in AI development and application. It is designed to enhance students' career prospects by providing hands-on experience with AI technologies and methodologies in a real-world context.
Students explore advanced topics in artificial intelligence, focusing on methodologies and applications. Areas include machine learning, neural networks, and practical implementations of AI technologies.
Over two semesters, students will engage in both theoretical coursework and practical projects. They will work in teams, applying learned concepts to real-world problems from industry and research.
Graduates will acquire competencies in AI programming, data analysis, and ethical considerations in AI. They will be skilled in developing AI solutions and understanding the implications of technology in society.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
