Bachelor of Arts (BA)
The Bachelor’s degree in Elementare Musik- & Tanzpädagogik prepares students for diverse professional fields intersecting artistic-pedagogical work in social diversity. Students will be empowered to create creativity-oriented approaches to music, dance, and language, enhancing artistic expressions while engaging interdisciplinary discussions on forms of art from past and present.
Students will study artistic methodologies in music and dance, focusing on inclusive practices. Emphasis is on developing the ability to engage and support diverse groups in their artistic expression.
The program is structured over eight semesters, integrating theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Students will undergo internships and complete a final thesis in their area of interest.
Graduates will possess skills in music and dance education, including the ability to conduct workshops and develop educational programs for varied age groups and capabilities. They will be equipped to engage in artistic projects and community-focused initiatives.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
