Das Studium „Chordirigieren“ an der Universität Mozarteum bietet eine praxisorientierte Ausbildung im Bereich Chordirigieren. The Bachelor program in Chordirigieren focuses on the art of choral conducting, covering topics from early music to contemporary compositions. Students delve into vocal music, techniques of conduction, and the nuances of choral performance.
This six-semester program is modular in design, emphasizing hands-on experience through weekly small group lessons and practice with choir rehearsals. Students engage in onsite workshops and can also direct concerts as part of their training.
Graduates gain essential competencies in musical interpretation, teaching methodologies, and conducting techniques, preparing them to lead professional choirs in various settings, including theatre, radio, and church.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
