Das Bachelorstudium Barockvioline / Barockviola konzentriert sich auf die historisch informierte Aufführungspraxis. Es befähigt Studierende, Barockmusik authentisch zu interpretieren und aufzuführen. Das Curriculum ist modular aufgebaut und legt großen Wert auf künstlerische Reife sowie Selbständigkeit. Absolventen erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse über verschiedene Spieltechniken und die Orchesterliteratur.
Studierende lernen die Prinzipien der historisch informierten Aufführungspraxis und erwerben umfassende Kenntnisse der Barockmusik. Themen wie Orchesterliteratur, Stilistik und Repertoire stehen im Mittelpunkt des Studiums.
Das Studium ist modular aufgebaut und umfasst sowohl künstlerische als auch wissenschaftliche Aspekte. Neben der Praxis im Zentralen Künstlerischen Fach finden auch verschiedene Leistungsbeurteilungen statt. Ein Auslandssemester wird empfohlen.
Absolventen entwickeln künstlerische Fähigkeiten und eine kritische Reflexion ihrer Arbeit. Sie erwerben umfassende musiktheoretische und musikwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse und sind in der Lage, musikalische Werke aller Epochen zu erschließen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
