Master of Science (MSc)
This programme provides comprehensive knowledge in the manufacture and application of building materials and ceramics. Conducted in cooperation with Wuhan University of Science and Technology, students benefit from a diverse curriculum and international experiences that enhance their professional skills in the industry.
Students study a combination of advanced topics in engineering related to building materials and ceramics, with a focus on material properties, production technologies, and applications in various industries.
The program is organized into four semesters, where the first two are completed at Wuhan University of Science and Technology and the final two at Montanuniversität Leoben. It includes mandatory coursework, elective modules, practical training, and the master's thesis.
Graduates of the program gain expertise in the fields of building materials and ceramics, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams. They are prepared to tackle complex challenges within the materials industry.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
