Dual-Degree Master in Sustainable Materials
Der internationale Master in nachhaltigen Materialien bietet eine vertiefte Ausbildung in der Materialwissenschaft mit einem starken Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit. In the Sustainable Materials program, students explore advanced materials science, sustainable recycling, and production technologies. Key focus areas include developing sustainable materials, optimizing recycling processes, and innovative production methodologies.
The program is organized into four semesters, accumulating a total of 120 ECTS credits. It comprises three main focuses: Technical Excellence, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Practice & Research, which includes an internship and a thesis project.
Graduates gain competencies in material development, recycling optimization, and innovative production techniques. They also develop entrepreneurial skills, enabling them to translate groundbreaking ideas into market-ready solutions.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
