This program educates students on technologies and strategies for protecting the environment and addressing climate change. It assists students in mastering areas such as waste management, air quality control, and renewable resources.
In the Environmental and Climate Protection Technology program, students study process engineering, waste management, environmental analysis, and recycling management. The focus is on designing industrial processes that are eco-friendly, economically efficient, and climate-neutral.
The program is organized over six semesters, with an additional semester dedicated to practical experience. It includes coursework that culminates in a thesis project and opportunities for internships.
Graduates gain competencies in designing sustainable industrial solutions, environmental protection practices, and analyzing material flows. The program also equips them with skills in innovation for eco-friendly technologies.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
