Bachelor of Science (BSc)
The Bachelor program in Industrial Data Science prepares students for the challenges of modern data analysis. It combines practical skills in data analytics with technical understanding of industrial processes to promote social and industrial progress. Students will engage with topics such as sensor technology, machine learning, and digital transformation.
Students will study data modeling, algorithms, statistics, and machine learning. The courses emphasize practical applications in industrial contexts and integrate knowledge from business sciences.
The program is structured over 7 semesters, culminating in a final thesis. Students will engage in hands-on projects and internships to apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
Graduates will gain competencies in data analysis, programming, and industrial processes. They will be equipped to utilize data science techniques for decision-making in various fields.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
