Bachelor of Education (BEd)
The Bachelor in Teacher Education focuses on developing competencies for teaching in secondary schools. Students will engage in a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience through internships. The program includes a practical semester in the fifth semester and emphasizes modern teaching methods adaptable within the South-East Network.
Students will study educational theories, teaching methodologies, and specialized subjects within the curriculum. The focus will be on practical teaching skills and adaptability in diverse educational contexts.
The program is structured over six semesters with a mix of theory and practical training. Students will complete an internship during their practical semester and engage in collaborative projects across the South-East Network.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
