Bachelor of Music (BMus)
The Bachelor of Music program provides students with a comprehensive education in music performance. Students develop their technical skills through individual lessons and ensemble experiences. The curriculum also includes music theory, history, and pedagogy, preparing graduates for careers as performers, educators, and musicologists.
Students engage in rigorous instrumental training alongside academic studies in music theory and history. The program emphasizes both individual artistry and collaborative musicianship.
The program is structured over eight semesters, combining practical and theoretical coursework with performance opportunities. A final project showcases students' skills and knowledge acquired throughout their studies.
Graduates will possess a high level of musical proficiency and the ability to perform in various settings. They will also be equipped with essential skills for teaching music and engaging with the wider community.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
