Master of Science (MSc)
The Master's degree in Leadership and Innovation in Organizations is a one-year program designed to equip students with the skills needed to manage digital transformations and create sustainable products. It emphasizes the application of creativity in developing responsible organizations and is tailored for ambitious students pursuing managerial or entrepreneurial careers.
The program covers areas such as innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Students learn leadership skills, develop strategic thinking, and acquire skills for managing change and digital transformations.
The program is organized into structured phases including a virtual summer school, followed by a 9-month on-campus learning period, and concluding with a Master's thesis. Opportunities to integrate electives are also provided.
Graduates will gain competencies in leadership, digital transformation management, and entrepreneurial thinking, enabling them to drive innovation and change within organizations.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
