The Master's program 'Leadership and Innovation in Organizations' is a one-year, full-time graduate program designed to provide students with the skills required to manage digital transformations and to innovate within organizations. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, this program prepares students for management roles or entrepreneurship. Graduates will gain skills in leadership, innovation, and management, equipping them for diverse career paths in business.
In the Master's program in Leadership and Innovation in Organizations, students engage with topics like digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and responsible innovation. They explore dynamics within organizational cultures, creative leadership, and the implementation of innovative business strategies.
The program is structured into a pre-term online Summer School followed by two semesters of on-campus learning, culminating in a Master's thesis. Students earn a total of 120 ECTS credits across a well-organized curriculum that allows flexibility for elective courses.
Graduates of the LIO program develop strong leadership, strategic, digital, and entrepreneurial skills essential for managing innovative organizations. They also gain analytical skills for informed decision-making in various managerial contexts.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
