The Leadership and Innovation in Organizations (LIO) program is a one-year Master’s degree that equips students with essential managerial and entrepreneurial skills. It focuses on preparing students to lead organizational digital transformation and drive innovation. The program is tailored for ambitious individuals looking to excel in managerial roles or start their own businesses.
The Master's degree program focuses on leadership, innovation, and digital transformation management, providing an in-depth understanding of managing creative teams and fostering innovation within organizations. Students will explore topics such as organizational dynamics, change management, and the integration of digital technologies into business practices.
The program is structured into a virtual summer school, followed by two full semesters on-site, culminating in a Master's thesis. Each semester includes comprehensive modules aimed at developing managerial competencies and offering elective courses to tailor the learning experience.
Graduates gain essential skills in leadership, strategic management, and entrepreneurship, with a strong emphasis on digital business models and innovation processes. They will develop abilities to lead diverse teams, manage change, and apply analytical approaches to decision-making.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
