Das Bachelorstudium Humanmedizin an der JKU bietet fächerübergreifendes Wissen, das sich an Themen und Organen orientiert. Ab dem ersten Semester werden praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt, um die Studierenden auf ihre künftige ärztliche Tätigkeit vorzubereiten. Nach dem Abschluss besteht die Möglichkeit, den Master Humanmedizin zu absolvieren, um die Ausbildung weiterzuführen.
Im Studium werden wichtige naturwissenschaftliche und psychosoziale Kenntnisse vermittelt. Zudem erlernen die Studierenden die Grundlagen der ärztlichen Kommunikation und Diagnostik.
Der Studienverlauf umfasst Pflichtfächer, praktische Praktika und eine Famulatur von insgesamt vier Wochen, um praktische Kenntnisse zu erwerben. Das Studium ist in Module und Semester unterteilt, wobei die letzten Semester speziell klinische Erfahrungen bieten.
Absolventen des Bachelorstudiums Humanmedizin erwerben breite medizinische Kenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten in diagnostischen Verfahren und Patientengesprächen. Sie sind in der Lage, ethische Fragen in der medizinischen Praxis zu reflektieren.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
