Der Bachelor in Wirtschaftsrecht bietet eine umfassende Ausbildung an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Wirtschaft, die sowohl juristische Kenntnisse als auch wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Verständnis vermittelt. Das Studium umfasst drei Vertiefungsbereiche: Technik und Digitalisierung, Ressourcen und Nachhaltigkeit sowie Markt und Unternehmen. Absolventen sind gut gerüstet für dynamische Berufe in Rechtsabteilungen, Compliance und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement.
Studierende erwerben Kenntnisse in Rechtswissenschaften und Wirtschaft, fokussiert auf wirtschaftsrechtliche Kernbereiche und die Herausforderungen der digitalen Transformation. Die Themen beinhalten Rechtsfragen aus der Wirtschaft, Datenschutz, und Nachhaltigkeit.
Das Studium ist in sechs Semester unterteilt, die sowohl grundlegende als auch spezialisierte Kurse umfassen, inklusive einer Bachelorarbeit im gewählten Vertiefungsfeld. In einer StEOP-Phase werden essentielle Lehrveranstaltungen behandelt, die den Studierenden durch das Studium leiten.
Absolventen des BA Wirtschaftsrecht sind befähigt, juristische Probleme zu analysieren und interdisziplinäre Lösungen in wirtschaftlichen und technischen Kontexten zu entwickeln. Sie erwerben Schlüsselkompetenzen für eine Karriere in wirtschaftsrechtlichen Positionen.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
