Der berufsbegleitende Bachelorstudiengang Immobilienwirtschaft vermittelt ein umfassendes Wissen in Bereichen wie Wirtschaft, Recht, Technik, und Immobilienwesen. Studierende erhalten praxisorientierte Inhalte und werden auf eine Karriere in der Immobilienbranche vorbereitet. Der Abschluss ermöglicht die Anrechnung für Berufserlaubnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft.
Im Studium werden Themen wie Immobilienfinanzierung, Projektmanagement, sowie juristische Aspekte des Immobilienwesens vermittelt. Die Ausbildung ist auf die praxisorientierten Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes ausgerichtet. Besonderer Wert wird auf die Entwicklung sozialer Kompetenzen gelegt.
Das Studium ist berufsbegleitend angelegt und findet an 2-4 Abenden pro Woche statt. Der Lehrstoff wird in Modulen gegliedert, die mit Prüfungen abschließen. Ab dem 4. Semester ist ein Berufspraktikum verpflichtend.
Nach dem Abschluss sind die Graduates kompetente Immobiliengeneralisten, die sowohl wirtschaftliche als auch rechtliche Aspekte des Immobilienmarktes verstehen. Sie sind in der Lage, Herausforderungen in der Branche zu bewältigen und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
