Das Bachelor-Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik fokussiert auf die Schnittstelle zwischen Mensch, Organisation und IT. Die Studierenden erwerben fundierte Kenntnisse, um als Designer der digitalen Arbeitswelt tätig zu sein. Glücklicherweise wird auch die digitale Transformation betrachtet, insbesondere durch Künstliche Intelligenz, die einen wesentlichen Bestandteil des Curriculums bildet. Absolventen sind in der Lage, digitale Lösungen für verschiedene Unternehmensbedürfnisse zu entwickeln.
Studierende lernen den Einsatz von Informationssystemen in Organisationen und entwickeln Fähigkeiten zur Gestaltung und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Vernetzung von Betriebswirtschaft und Informatik.
Der Studiengang ist in sechs Semester unterteilt und enthält ein berufliches Praktikum im letzten Semester sowie eine Bachelor-Arbeit. Alternativ können Studierende ein Auslandssemester absolvieren.
Absolventen zeichnen sich durch ihre Fähigkeit aus, technische und organisatorische Anforderungen zu kombinieren und kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln, die vernetztes Denken erfordern.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
