The International Business and Engineering program offers a balanced blend of basic engineering disciplines and in-depth knowledge in entrepreneurial engineering, sustainability, and business management. Graduates are trained to be innovative generalists with leadership capabilities. The program includes practical elements, internships, and opportunities for a semester abroad, preparing students for a dynamic workforce.
The curriculum incorporates fundamental engineering concepts alongside business management themes, focusing on both technical knowledge and soft skills necessary in international business contexts. Students explore various engineering fields while applying business strategies and principles.
Over 6 semesters, students engage in a combination of coursework and practical training, including an internship in the latter semesters. A Bachelor thesis is required for completion.
Graduates will develop competencies in both technical and business domains, enabling them to function effectively at the intersection of technology and management. Skills include problem-solving, project management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
