Our full-time Bachelor's program in Drone Engineering offers comprehensive training in drone design, control, programming, and data analysis. Become a pioneer in drone management! The program imparts extensive knowledge on drone technology and its applications, covering drone design, drive systems, and electronic subsystems based on aviation fundamentals. Software and programming modules enable the control of drones and autonomous systems. Students study drone programming, regulations, and applications, acquiring expertise in utilizing drone technology across various domains. The curriculum integrates both theoretical and practical components, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
The program spans six semesters, beginning with foundational courses in drone programming and data analysis, advancing to more specialized modules. The 5th semester includes a mandatory semester abroad, while the 6th semester culminates in an internship and the completion of the Bachelor's thesis.
Graduates gain competencies in drone technology, ethical and legal aspects, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management, preparing them for various roles in the rapidly evolving drone industry.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
