Der Bachelorstudiengang Nachhaltiges Immobilienmanagement reagiert auf die Herausforderungen der Immobilienwirtschaft durch eine moderne, hybride Lehrform. Studierende erwerben Kenntnisse in nachhaltiger Projekt- und Infrastrukturentwicklung und werden für die Anforderungen eines wachsenden Marktes qualifiziert. Die Absolventen sind gefordert, zwischen Technik und Wirtschaft zu vermitteln.
Das Studium umfasst Themen wie Projektentwicklung, Baukonstruktion, Immobilienwirtschaft und nachhaltige Entwicklung. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Immobilienprojekten stehen im Vordergrund.
Der Studiengang ist in sechs Semester unterteilt, die sowohl Präsenz- als auch Onlinephasen beinhalten. Praktika und Projekte sind integrale Bestandteile des Curriculums.
Die Graduierenden erwerben Kompetenzen in der Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Immobilien und sind in der Lage, nachhaltige Entscheidungen zu treffen. Die Ausbildung schult sowohl technische als auch wirtschaftliche Fähigkeiten.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
