Der Bachelorstudiengang Maschinenbau vermittelt als neu konzipiertes Ingenieurstudium ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Funktion von Maschinen, Produktentwicklung und Anlagen. Studierende lernen moderne Fertigungstechnologien und Techniken, die für den erfolgreichen Maschinenbau notwendig sind. Nach dem Studium stehen den Absolventinnen und Absolventen vielfältige Karriereopportunitäten in der Industrie sowie in der Forschung offen.
Studierende beschäftigen sich mit den Bereichen Fahrzeugbau, Anlagenbau, Fertigungstechnik und Produktentwicklung. Es werden sowohl klassische Grundlagenfächer als auch spezialisierte Technologien behandelt.
Der Studiengang ist in sechs Semester unterteilt, in denen sowohl theoretische als auch praktische Inhalte vermittelt werden. Am Ende steht eine Bachelorprüfung sowie ein Berufspraktikum zu absolvieren.
Absolventinnen und Absolventen erwerben fundierte Kenntnisse in Mathematik, Mechanik, Elektrotechnik sowie praktische Fähigkeiten in Konstruktion und Simulation. Zudem werden unternehmerische Fähigkeiten gefördert.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
