Das Studium Angewandte Elektronik und Technische Informatik vermittelt umfassendes Wissen über die Technologien der Elektronik im Alltag. Studierende haben die Wahl, sich auf Umwelttechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik zu spezialisieren. Dies ermöglicht eine tiefe Auseinandersetzung mit relevanten technischen Themen und fördert die praktische Anwendung des Studierten. Absolventen sind in der Lage, innovative Lösungen in den Bereichen Technik und Umwelt zu entwickeln und anzuwenden.
Im Studium steht der Einsatz von Elektronik in Technik und Umwelt im Fokus. Dazu gehört das Verständnis von Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik und den spezifischen Anforderungen in der Umwelttechnik oder Automatisierung. Die Studierenden beschäftigen sich mit Anwendungsbereichen wie Systemintegration und Prozessautomatisierung.
Das Studium ist in drei Phasen gegliedert: Grundstudium in den ersten drei Semestern mit theoretischen Inhalten, Vertiefungsstudium in den folgenden drei Semestern sowie die Bachelorarbeit, die praxisrelevante Fragestellungen behandelt. Ein Projektpraktikum im letzten Semester rundet das Studium ab.
Die Absolventen erlangen umfassende Kenntnisse über elektronische Systeme, analytische Fähigkeiten und die technische Umsetzung in der Praxis. Zudem erwerben sie Kompetenzen im Projektmanagement und Teamarbeit.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
