The Master's program in Environmental and Bioresource Management deepens knowledge of responsible and sustainable management of natural resources. It builds on the Bachelor’s degree, enriching students with advanced skills in economic and social sciences, alongside specialization in engineering and natural sciences. Graduates are prepared to tackle complex relationships between humans, the environment, and technology, making them valuable assets in diverse fields of sustainable management.
Students will study a mix of natural sciences and socio-economic subjects. The curriculum covers a broad range of relevant environmental topics and provides competencies in project management and teamwork.
The program consists of compulsory modules, areas of specialization, elective courses, and includes a master's thesis and seminar. It is organized into four semesters.
Graduates gain comprehensive skills in interdisciplinary environmental management, enabling them to coordinate complex projects and engage with various stakeholders effectively.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
