The Copernicus Master's programme focuses on training future experts in the field of Digital Earth. It combines advanced knowledge of geospatial technologies with practical skills in data science and environmental monitoring. Graduates will be well-equipped for careers that involve the use of satellite data for sustainable development, urban planning, and disaster management.
Students study topics related to geospatial technologies, data analytics, and environmental stewardship. The programme emphasizes the application of satellite data in real-world projects.
The programme is organized into four semesters, where students undertake core modules in the first two semesters followed by a thesis project in the last semester. Internships with partner organizations are also included.
Graduates gain competencies in data interpretation, geospatial analysis, and project management in the context of environmental applications. They develop the ability to implement innovative geotechnologies.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
