Das Masterstudium Alte Musik konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von künstlerischen und wissenschaftlichen Kompetenzen im Bereich der Alten Musik. Es bietet eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit historischen Aufführungspraxen und fördert die Forschung in diesem Bereich. Die Studierenden haben die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte zu entwickeln und internationale Auftrittsmöglichkeiten zu erkunden.
Im Studium beschäftigen sich die Studierenden mit spezifischen Themen der Alten Musik, historischen Instrumenten und der Interpretation. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Durchführung und Gestaltung von Konzerten sowie individuellen künstlerischen Projekten.
Das Studium ist stark praxisorientiert und integriert eine intensive Betreuung in künstlerischen Projekten. Semesterspezifische Module mit Leistungsbeurteilungen sichern die Qualität und den Fortschritt der Ausbildung. Der erste Studienabschnitt umfasst theoretische Inhalte und wird durch praktische Anleitung ergänzt.
Die Absolventinnen und Absolventen erlangen tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der Alten Musik und entwickeln Fähigkeiten zur selbständigen künstlerischen Arbeit und Forschung. Sie sind in der Lage, innovative Aufführungskonzepte zu erarbeiten und auf internationalem Niveau zu präsentieren.

Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
