Das Bachelorstudium Instrumental- & Gesangspädagogik bietet eine umfassende künstlerische, pädagogische und wissenschaftliche Vorbildung. Ziel ist der Erwerb differenzierter Kompetenzen für den qualifizierten Musikunterricht. Absolventen sind in der Lage, Musik in verschiedenen Kontexten zu unterrichten, sei es an Musikschulen oder Universitäten. Darüber hinaus eröffnet das Studium vielfältige Tätigkeitsfelder im musikpädagogischen und praktischen Bereich.
Das Studium umfasst Themen wie Musiktheorie, Fachdidaktik und künstlerische Praxis. Schwerpunkte werden auf die Vermittlung von Musik sowie pädagogische Ansätze gelegt. Wahlpflichtmodule ermöglichen eine Vertiefung in spezifische Bereiche.
Das Bachelorstudium gliedert sich in künstlerische, pädagogische und wissenschaftliche Module, die über 8 Semester verteilt sind. Praktika und eine Bachelorarbeit sind ebenfalls Teil des Studienplans.
Absolventen erwerben künstlerische Fähigkeiten, tiefere Einsichten in musiktheoretische und didaktische Konzepte sowie praktische Kompetenzen im Unterricht. Sie sind befähigt, Musik auch in institutionellen Kontexten zu vermitteln.

The level of legalisation your certificates need depends on your country of origin:
Apostille
If your country is part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille from the competent authority of the issuing country is sufficient.
No legalisation
A small number of countries have a bilateral agreement with Austria and need no further legalisation.
Full diplomatic legalisation
For all other countries: the full chain — pre-certification by the issuing country's authorities (e.g. Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs), then legalisation by the competent Austrian representation (embassy/consulate).
Translations are usually done after legalisation. Check the required order with the issuing authorities and the Austrian representation.
